DOMESTIC RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You may return/exchange the unused item in in its original condition within 14 days of receipt of item.
Zefanya cannot accept returns with visible wear, dirt and tear. Tags must be attached. The merchandise in the original packaging (not bent or damaged in any way). Damages will be returned at our discretion. We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

SALE ITEMS - All sales on clearance and discounted items are FINAL and subject to limited availability. This includes sample sale items.

REFUNDS
Refunds to your credit card may take between 7-10 business days ( counting from the day we received the merchandise back) to appear on your credit record MINUS shipping charges.
