Zefanya stands behind its quality and craftsmanship of its products; we have two (2 monts) manufacturer warranty. However, if the merchandise is in need of repair two (2) months after the purchase date, we will be happy to repair it and some charges may apply.

LEATHER CARE
OUR NATURAL LEATHER SHOWS ITS CHARACTERISTICS IN COLOR AND GRAIN AND THE APPEARANCE OF LEATHER WILL ALTER AS IT AGES BY SOFTENING WHICH WILL GIVE IT THE LOOK OF NATURAL WEAR.

THE IRREGULARITIES IN COLOR OR TEXTURE IS NOT CONSIDERED A DEFECT. IT IS NATURAL FOR ALL MATERIALS TO FADE OVER TIME WHEN PLACED IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT, INCLUDING LEATHER.

LEATHER MAINTENANCE:
- Periodically dust with a clean, dry and non-abrasive white cloth.
- Please do not soak the leather surface, and pat dry the surface immediately using a clean cloth . Let air-dry away from any direct source of heat.
- Never clean with a micro fiber cloth.
- Keep materials like finger nail polish, bleach, nail polish remover and household cleaners away from your leather and hardware.
- Protect your leather bag from rain and excessive humidity, heat or dryness
- Please call professional help for a product to clean and moisturize your leather.
