RETURNS & EXCHANGES

International returns and exchanges will be accepted up to 30 days after the shipping date. Please insure return packages and get a tracking number. Zefanya is not responsible for packages until they are received at our showroom. 

Zefanya cannot accept returns with visible wear, dirt and tear. Tags must be attached, dust bag included. The merchandise in the original packaging (not bent or damaged in any way). Damages will be returned at our discretion. We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

All sales on clearance and discounted items are final and subject to limited availability.

REFUNDS
Refunds to your credit card may take between 7-10 business days ( counting from the day we received the merchandise back) to appear on your credit record MINUS shipping charges and other custom charges.
