Zefanya ships internationally on a flat fee express shipping via USPS (United State Postal Service).

All additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot determine the amount in advance, if any, that will be charged. Please check with customs house of your country to ascertain if any additional charges will be applied to your order. USPS assumes responsibility for such charges and bills the recipient accordingly. Zefanya does not receive any money from customs and import fees.

If you refuse to pay customs charges on an incoming shipment, it will be returned to Zefanya at our expense. We will then deduct that charge, as well as any additional customs charges, from the refund of the original purchase price.
